MEETING VENUE

If you want to plan your journey in advance and explore how to get to Rotterdam by public transport, we advise you to take a look here. An information webpage regarding accessibility for the de Doelen is available online here. Please note that, it is currently not mandatory anymore to wear face masks in the Netherlands.
In case you have a specific request (for example a room for using a breast pump, a prayer room or a quiet room), you can ask for the possibilities and directions at the registration desk.
REGISTRATION
The registration and information desk will be in the Ground Floor Foyer. The registration desk will be open at the following times:
- Wednesday 31 May: 10:00 – 18:30
- Thursday 1 June: 07:30 – 18:30
- Friday 2 June: 07:30 – 19:00
- Saturday 3 June: 08:00 – 13:30
Upon registration you will receive a name badge and a public transport card, which can be used during ESPCI (Note; it can only be used in Rottterdam). A programme flyer and lanyard can be taken after receiving your name badge.
We advise you to pick up your name badge, public transport card, lanyard and programme flyer on Wedsnesday 31 May between 10:00 and 12:30 to avoid waiting in a long queue. Please note that there won’t be an availability to have a drink as the congress opening is planned between 12:30-13:15. Therefore, you can leave the congress facility and enter the congress afterwards by showing your name badge.
QR-CODE
Previous to the congress, you will receive your participation ticket by email. This is a QR-code which will be scanned upon arrival. The email that contains the QR-code will be sent from Let’s Get Digital. Please keep an eye on your spam filter in case you did not receive this email.
Please make sure you have the QR-code ready, as collecting congress materials is done by scanning this code. In case you did not receive the email (and it’s not in your spam filter), bring this email with you upon registration or inform us by email before 31 May via espci2023@congresscare.com.
Network Event (pre-registration required)
On 2 June, ESPCI offers their delegates to meet in a social way in the city centre of Rotterdam; Laurenskerk!
