Abstract submission
It is our pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract for the 16th European Symposium on Pediatric Cochlear Implantation 2023 (ESPCI 2023), that will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on May 31st – June 3rd 2023.
NOTE: The deadline to submit an abstract has passed. It is not possible to submit an abstract anymore.
Important information for the presenting author of an abstract:
If your abstract is accepted for presentation at ESPCI 2023, the presenting author is entitled to register for the early-bird fee. Information on how to register for the early-bird fee at a later stage, will be communicated to the abstract submitters mid-March.

- Abstracts can only be submitted online via the abstract submission form.
- Abstracts sent by post or email will not be accepted.
- To ensure smooth review process of abstracts, a topic for your work must be selected during the submission process. Note: the choice you make for the topic can be changed by the executive or the scientific committee.
Important dates
- Abstract submitting deadline – February 1st, 2023
- Confirmation of participation with your abstract – March 2023
- The presenting author of the abstract must be registered for the meeting before April 1st 2023
