Qais Khan

Bio Qais Khan is a designer, model, and cochlear implant advocate. He graduated in Furniture and Product Design from Nottingham Trent University. In 2021, Qais helped build a global community for CI users and families during the pandemic and he became a Board member for CIICA.AISBL (Cochlear Implant International Community of Action). Qais designed the website to be accessible, and supports the regular online events to discuss the challenges and opportunities people with CI face, particularly with the growing group of 18-30s with CI. He works with hearing health experts and professionals to offer their perspectives as well as possible solutions. As a motivational speaker, he has been fortunate to travel around the world to attend several events and conferences including Classic FM in London, the World Health Organisation in Switzerland, and a workshop in Denmark to share his personal experiences. He enjoys modelling to show that Cochlear Implant can look good!
